UK Shipping

Express Shipping – Delivery within 1–2 working days once dispatched if ordered before 2 PM (UK time).
Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 working days once dispatched.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via DHL Express.

Please note that customs charges or import duties may be applied at your country’s local rate. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by By Edit Studio.

We ship international orders through Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL Express.

DHL Worldwide Express Shipping – Please allow up to 7 working days once the item has been dispatched.
In rare circumstances, international orders may take up to 28 days to arrive due to customs or local carrier delays.
Delay in payment of customs duties may further impact delivery times.

If more than 30 days have passed since your dispatch confirmation and you haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@byeditstudio.com with your name and order number.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs chargesincurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our UK address.
This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund once the package has been safely returned to us.
Please note that refused shipments can take up to 12 weeks to reach us.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws.
All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are payable by the customer and will not be covered by By Edit Studio.
For the most accurate information, please contact your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected delivery costs.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hoursfor tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 10 days (UK) or within the expected delivery window (International) after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@byeditstudio.com and include your name and order number.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) are eligible for same-day dispatch (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
