Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address and form, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as By Edit Studio cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In these cases, By Edit Studio will cover the return shipping cost and provide an exchange, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days to process your return and for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
